RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY
- You can return any new undamaged item in its original condition within 2 weeks of delivery. You must take reasonable care to ensure the products are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
- Product delivered is not the correct order purchased.
- The label on the product is torn and damaged, refuse to accept the product. When returning the products you are strongly recommended to use a recorded delivery method because proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
- Customers pay for round trip shipping, initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the product is faulty or defective or the supplier has delivered the product in error.
REFUND POLICY
- The refund process takes approximately 4 weeks depending on the return of products.
- To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refund can be made upon receiving the product in its original packaging and conditions.
- Once we receive the product we will inspect and then issue a refund to your card/bank account.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Items purchased from website/store can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
- If the purchased item is not the correct item delivered to you, please notify the company we will exchange it as soon as possible.
- Product must remain undamaged boxes, stamps and labels of the manufacturer.
- The product shall be returned with all promotional gifts if any.
- If you want to exchange it with other premium product the difference shall be paid by customers.
